Experiencing Life Together - So there were a lot of things touched on this chapter. The main topic is fellowship and needing a place to discuss with other followers of the Lord how we feel, confess our sins, be humble, and honest. I think this forum that we are meetin in is a form of fellowship and I would like to take it a step further. Maybe some of us can meet on Sunday morning for a cup of coffee and read a chapter in the bible together. I know we have busy lives but it is part of what the Lord wants us to do. We need to be honest with each other and lean on each other for guidence and prayer. I have noticed that we have fallen behind on our blog BUT we are still going to get through this. I do find it difficult with the struggles of my daily life to get in a chapter a day but we have to keep it up ladies. I don't know about you guys but it really makes me feel good and so much closer to God. I would love to hear your thoughts. Love you guys. Jess
I really like the idea of gathering into a group and becoming a support group. A Community of fellowship I would be honor to be part of such a group. I'm concerned because I feel like even trying to read this book and stay on track has been such a struggle. I think we need this especially during these times but it must be a priority. Dont get me wrong I know how difficult it is to stay committed but if we prioritize I think we can do it. I loved the definition of real fellowship happens when people get honest about who they are and what is happening in their lives.. I hate the gossip and the judgement but I am still a part of it. So I believe we could easily make a group just know its going to take a lot of committment.
I think it needs to be extremely early and probably only 1-2 a month. So let me know what you ladies think.
